The Shoreland Zoning Ordinance defines the limitations of development activities in the Shoreland Zones. Two zones are depicted. The red line depicts the 75-foot setback from the mean high tide and the green line depicts the 250-foot setback. Please refer to the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance in the Ordinances section of the town web site and the official file copy of the ordinance at the Town Office.
